RETURNS

We accept returns on unworn, unused items in their original condition.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • With original packaging and tags intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Include your order number and reason for return.

EVENT & LIMITED ITEMS

Due to the nature of our releases:

  • Event Exclusive items

  • Limited Drops

are final sale unless faulty.

This helps us keep releases intentional and fairly priced.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ve got you.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll organise a replacement or refund where appropriate.

EXCHANGES

We currently offer exchanges subject to stock availability.

If the item you want is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.

REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear once processed

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

RETURN SHIPPINGNDS

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • We cannot accept returns on:

    • Worn items

    • Items damaged due to misuse

    • Items returned outside the return window

  • BPM reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions
